Mat, Circuit, and Cardio Boxing classes
that run on a term block.

Mat classes are a great way to ease into Pilates, you don’t need an Initial Assessment to join.

Group Class Timetable 2024

Contemporary Flow w/Monika

Monday 5.15pm + 6.15pm
Thursday 6.15pm

This is a strength focused class. A combination of carefully choreographed Pilates repertoire, stretches and releases work to alleviate tension in the mind and body, while maintaining a fun and invigorating workout. A selection of small props offer varying layers of intensity, resistance and support.

All levels of previous experience are welcome, with challenges and assists provided throughout.

This class is also suitable for beginners.

Strength + Release w/Tee

Wednesday 6.15pm

This class will balance strength work, and muscle release. Learning ways to balance out the muscles we need in daily life to work optimally.

This class is a combination of Slings Myofascial movement & Pilates. We develop a sequence over the term to bring balance between the systems of our body and mind.

With the familiarity of the movements comes more room to play with them, to progress them and dive deep into them.

These classes are for new and experienced movers.

Mature Mat-ters w/MP

Monday 9.15am beginner
Tuesday + Wednesday 11am intermediate

Over 60’s class. Experience renewed muscle strength, flexibility, posture and balance through this group mat session. Designed for mature clients, reap the benefits of increased well-being and enhanced mind-body connection while interacting with peers.

FAB 50+ Circuit* w/Jane

Wednesday 11am

This class uses all the Studio equipment including the Reformer, Trapeze table, Stability Chair, Pilates Barrels as well as the small equipment for a safe and age appropriate full body workout to improve core strength and balance. Each class will begin with a mat warm up, with participants then alternating between each piece of equipment through the session. 

The first session will be all about technique and going over each exercise individually and incorporating any modifications required. 

We will repeat the same circuit for 4 weeks, perfecting moves, before building on these for a new selection of exercises.

Is it fun? YES

Is it safe? YES

Can exercises be modified to my needs? YES

This class is for over 50’s. Casual attendance is not available for this class.

Strength & Stability Circuit*
w/Jane

Tuesday 5.40pm

We require a block booking for these classes, casual attendance may
be optional at the instructors discretion.

This is a full body Pilates workout aimed at improving core strength and balance. Fun moves with no compromise on form or Pilates principles. The class uses all the Studio equipment including the Reformer, Trapeze table, Stability Chair, Pilates Barrels as well as the small equipment, beginning with a mat warm up and participants alternating between each piece of equipment through the session. 

The first session is about technique and going over each exercise individually and incorporating any modifications required.

We will repeat the same circuit for 3 weeks, perfecting moves, and increasing the intensity before building on these for a new selection of exercises. Each session, the sequence will alternate between muscle groups to allow adequate recovery time throughout.

Is it fun? YES

Can exercises be modified to my needs? YES

An Initial Consult is required to join if you are new to the Studio classes with us.

*A year of Pilates experience is required to join this class.

Please Bring:

• To studio: a large towel (or mat), and a smaller
towel and a theraband

• To mat classes: a mat and a stretch band*

• To all classes: sticky socks*

• To all Classes: water bottle.

*Available for purchase if you don’t have.

(We ask all clients to wear sticky socks during classes
for safety & hygiene in the studio).
