Tips and help using the mobile phone app.
Book & track your appointments on the go!
Start by downloading the mobile phone app by searching:
‘Acuity Scheduling’ on the Apple App Store, or Google Play Store
1. From the app home screen, tap +
2. Tap Business scheduling URL field and enter: sublimepilates.as.me
3. Tap Add business
4 icons at the bottom of the home screen:
– Home
– Appointments*
– Order
– Account
* If you book an appointment through the Sublime Pilates website on your computer
without logging into your account, the appointments will not appear in the mobile app.
Also, if you are not logged into your account on the mobile, then the app will only
show the appointments booked through the mobile app.
To log into your account:
– Tap the account icon in the bottom-right corner.
– Tap Log In.
– Enter your email and password and tap Log in.
To make a booking / purchase a block or pass:
– Tap ‘Sublime Pilates’ on the home screen to open the booking page.
– Scroll down to select a studio or package.
To return to the Home Screen, tap ‘Done’ at the top-left of the booking page
Troubleshooting:
– If you cannot see your appointments, firstly, make sure you are signed into
your account. If you still can’t see your appointments, please book a waitlist appointment
whilst signed into your account and then email hannah@sublimepilates.com.au to request
your appointments be linked to your account. Once the magic wand has been waved and
you can see your appointments, please cancel the waitlist class that you’d booked.
– If you can’t sign into your account due to some unexplained reason, please email hannah@sublimepilates.com.au with the details. Hannah will send you a reminder
email from the Matrix for an upcoming class which you can use to access your account
directly. Try resetting your password once you’re logged into your account… if that
was causing the problem.
