Sublime Client Accounts
and Booking online:

Why do I need an account?

• To see upcoming and past appointments that are assigned to your account. *

• You can book and cancel classes yourself online. If you are a Subscriber, you must email Hannah
to advise of any cancellation you’ve made so she can issue you a code for a make-up class.

• You can see any active packages and codes on your account and what they can be used for.

• The system will automatically add the package codes during your booking.

• You can choose from saved cards, let the system autofill your name and other details to skip
having to retype each time.

* If Sublime Staff book you in, or if you book a class without logging into your account first, you may not be able to see that appointment, if this is ongoing, email Hannah and ask her to click a button to link all bookings to your account.

How Do I Register for An Account?

  1. When making a booking at the check-out, click the Sign up option in the right-hand corner.

  2. Create a password, agree to the terms of service, and acknowledge our privacy policy. Once you click Sign up, you are ready to start using your client account.

  3. If you don’t need to make a booking right away, we recommend booking a WAITLIST appointment as these are free. From this booking you can register for an account, and it also activates the account at our end which means Hannah can help you if you have any issues.
Then you can cancel the WAITLIST booking once your account is activated.

Forgot Your Password?

You can click the Forgot your password? link next to the password field and follow the prompts to trigger a password reset email. If you don’t know which email you used, contact Hannah or ask your teacher.

The email will be sent from no-reply@acuityscheduling.com

If you try to log in and enter the incorrect information, or leave the password field blank, Acuity shows an incorrect password alert that also includes a Forgot your password? link.

N.B. It is NOT possible for Sublime Pilates to reset your password for you.
