All classes cancelled in less than 24 hours are non-refundable.

Group classes bought in a block (ie the 10 Class Pass and Full Term blocks) are non-refundable.

We recommend setting up an account with our booking system so you can manage your own bookings, cancellations and a keep track of your classes.

– 10 block must be used within 3 months.
– 20 block must be used within 4 months.
– 5 block must be used within 2 months.

A block begins on the day purchased or the first class in the block whichever happens first.

If you have agreed for your classes to be booked in by Sublime Pilates for a longer period than you have paid for, you are required to renew your block within 14 days from your last class. Failure to do so may result in those classes being cancelled.

If you miss a class in the Full Term block it is at the teachers discretion if you can make it up at another time, class numbers permitting.

10 Class Passes are non-refundable. They are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

We will refund Casual purchases for group classes where more than 24 hours notice was given. N.B. If this was bought through our online booking system we are unable to refund the booking fee 2.2% of the total amount.
