Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions support the team at Sublime Pilates in providing a tailored movement practice that nourishes, inspires and evolves with you as you reach for your goals.
By signing up to participate in our classes, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions set out below.
Health and Wellbeing
Prior to undertaking any new form of exercise, you should consult with your doctor or other healthcare practitioner to ensure that you are mindful of your current health and any restrictions that may be appropriate for you. You must notify your instructor if you have any pre-existing or new injuries, or medical conditions which may impact upon your ability to safely participate in our classes.
We ask that all clients wear sticky socks while attending classes for safety – these are available to buy in the Studio.
You should not attend the Studio if
· you have an infection, contagious illness or physical ailments, such as an open cut or sore
· there is any other risk, however small, to other members and guests.

New Clients:
All clients must attend an Initial Assessment for us to be able to tailor a program that best suits your needs and requirements.
All new clients must complete a health questionnaire prior to the Initial Assessment.
Bookings:
Bookings can be made on line through the website, and it is expected that clients with Packages of 5 or 10 classes will book all classes in advance. This helps with planning for both you and Sublime Pilates.
Payments and Fees:
All classes are to be paid for at the time of booking, or before attending the first class.
Clients will not be able to attend classes if payment has not been made in full.
Any late payments - after 7 days, are subject to a charge of 5% of the total price.
Payments can be made on-line through the website, in the Studio, or by Direct Debit.
All Packages including Start up Saver Packages, 10 or 5 class private or semi-private Studio Packages and Group Mat Class blocks are to be paid in full prior to the first session.
Mat Class blocks are non-refundable. A missed class can be made up with a recording upon request.
Start Up Packages are non-refundable.
Sublime Pilates reserves the right to increase fees when required. Clients will be given 28 days notice of any fee increases in writing.
Cancelling or Postponing Classes
Cancellations can be made by phone 0432 220 667 or email to info@sublimepilates.com.au
For a “Fee Free” cancellation, more than 24 hours notice is required, otherwise you, the client, will be charged fully for the missed class. With a valid cancellation, we are happy to reschedule your session for later in the week subject to availability.
Blocks for Studio can be postponed for up to 12 months. After this time they become invalid.
(Refunds may be given on a case by case basis for 10 blocks of Studio classes. Reasons may include : moving away from the area, illness, death in the family, change in NSW Health guidelines around who is eligible to enter the studio).
Should Sublime Pilates be closed for any reason, the class usage time is extended by this same period.
(i.e. Lockdowns, prolonged illness or staff holidays.)
Collection of private information
Sublime Pilates is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Where Sublime Pilates collects your personal information, it is for the following reason(s):
• To provide you with the best possible exercise program for your needs and goals.
· To provide you with further information about our services and/or products.
· To inform you about late cancellations or other relevant information on the subject of your booking.
· To provide you with access to protected areas of our website e.g., our online booking system
· If you fill in a form and provide us with your personal information, Sublime Pilates interprets this as permission to use this information for your program, or to contact you unless otherwise specified.
Sublime Pilates will not make your personal details available to any unrelated third parties.
By undertaking any exercise program (including the use of any equipment purchased from us), you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and Sublime Pilates and associated Instructors will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising as a result of, or in connection with, your undertaking of any of our exercise programs or following advice contained on our website or given by our instructors.
